Our history

Our family has followed in footsteps of our grandparents and parents who grew up on the farm. Our past generations both here in IS and internationally grew their own food and avoided store bought frozen. We're passionate about bringing that to today's busy families who may not have the time for butchering. 
We raise our birds on the farm. We butcher humanly. We have traveled to many farmers markets and restaurants around the world meeting and learning from exceptional farmers and cooks.

We also sell live chickens for those who want to finish raising them. We sell varieties of meat birds such as freedom rangers, Sassos and will be getting quail soon.
